Please check back periodically for more information. Yankee Casting and Yankee Magcast can help out in the prototyping stages of high production runs. A typical run for Yankee is about 1 - 2000 a year. These lot sizes are perfect for setting the final design of your product. Tooling for these runs typically are cut with a CNC machine, direct from the part file, out of a renwood block. This tooling can be produced much faster than a die cast tool. Another advantage of this type of tooling is the ease at which design changes can be made. The tooling and tooling changes are fractions of the cost to produce one set of die cast tools.
