Magnesium Sand Castings

Our magnesium castings are used for their light weight, stiffness, damping capacity, and dimensional stability.  Parts we produce include automotive prototypes, robotic parts, medical equipment, machinery, racing, space, aircraft engine components, helicopter gear boxes, test equipment, sports equipment, etc...
For magnesium automotive prototypes, we have the ability to take your part file to an SLA model to pattern and rapid prototype castings.

*See the gallery for some sample pictures of castings produced by Yankee.
